My name is Carlos Moreno, I am 25 years old, married, and originally from Venezuela.

I have previously lived in Cheylesmore, so I should be able to provide a reference from my previous accommodation if required.

I work until around 5:00 pm, and after work I usually go to the gym. I am a quiet, clean, and responsible tenant looking for a long-term place to live.

I work in Coventry and I am currently studying Accounting at college. I am interested in renting the property for at least until March, when my classes finish.

I will be the only person living in the property, I have no pets, and I have the right to live and work in the UK without restrictions.
