Looking for a room/roommate!

Hi! I’m G, 30, a lawyer, and originally from Canada. I’m moving to Manchester at the end of August for a new job and a bit of a fresh start! I’m looking for either a room to rent or someone to buddy up with and find a place together!

I moved to England for law school and have been living down south in Salisbury for the last few years. As I’ll be moving to a city that I’ve never been and where I won’t know anyone, I thought it would be fun to live with someone who’s of a same vibe instead of on my own again!

I’m easy-going, clean, and tidy! I enjoy quiet nights in just as much as going out for dinner or drinks. I’m a bit of a reality TV junkie and love cooking, shopping, music, dancing, coffee dates, the gym, wine nights, and also love my personal time just relaxing at home. I’m studying for my solicitor exams alongside work as well, so I really appreciate a peaceful, cosy home where we can both enjoy our own space while respecting each others. Ideally, I’d love to live with someone who’d like to be genuine friends too.

I’ll be working in city centre near the Ancoats, so I’m mainly looking around that area, or anywhere with an easy/ walkable commute.
