33 year old Artist/PostGrad seeking a room

Hi! I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 01/09/2026 (maybe a few days before) and have a budget of £950pcm.

I am from the US, I have lived all over & I am currently living in Marseille, France.

I am searching for housing because I will be getting my Masters of Fine Art at Central Saint Martins for 2 years.

**I have a cat, she is 14 years old. She is Siamese, so she is quite chatty. I have had her since she was a kitten. She’s pretty chill at this point, since she’s an old lady. I am searching for a house that does not already have a pet, she's a bit of an only child.

I love to cook, I mostly cook at home.
I used to be a baker so occasionaly I do love baking bread and sweet treats at home to share.
I don’t smoke. I do like wine but honestly don’t go out that much anymore.
I love hanging out in parks, or going to shows.
I love watching films or going out to the cinema.
I love practing yoga, going to a pilates class or just going on a very long walk.
