I'm looking for a room from the end of August, and I'd also be open to buddying up with someone to flat share with. I’m looking for a new build flat, ideally in a high rise with a balcony.
I'm looking for somewhere in South West London such as Tooting, Clapham or Battersea. I’d be open to London Bridge/ East London towards Canary Wharf but ideally need to be on the Northen line and would prefer a commute <45minutes to work (Tooting). My Budget is £1200/ £1300 max with bills included.

• I'm 25 years old.
• I work as a healthcare professional specialising in Cardiology, so I work during the weekdays and do on call shifts so potentially would be leaving at awkward times for work.
• I'm into swimming, travelling, socialising, trying new food.
• I'm clean, respectful and always up for a chat. I like my own space whilst appreciating that people also like theirs.
I'm looking for clean, relaxed and sociable like-minded people.
