Professional seeking a clean, relaxed home

Hi, I'm Hamza, 27, and I'm looking for a place to call home in London. I work full-time in a hybrid role and spend most of my working week from home, so having a comfortable, well-looked-after space is important to me.

Outside of work, I like to make the most of my free time. I love travelling and try to get away at least once a month if I can. I'm into the gym, martial arts, self-development, cooking, exploring new cafés and restaurants, and generally trying new experiences. I'm equally happy heading out for the day or having a quiet evening cooking, watching a film or just relaxing at home.

I'd say I'm easy-going, respectful and considerate. I'm clean and organised, always tidy up after myself, and appreciate open communication. I'm social and enjoy a good chat over a coffee or dinner, but I also respect people's privacy and downtime.

I'm quite passionate about London's architecture, so I'd love to find a home with a bit of character. Victorian and period properties with original features, high ceilings and plenty of natural light really appeal to me. If I'm sharing, an en-suite is essential, although I'm also open to a studio or my own apartment.

I'm looking for a home with like-minded professionals who are friendly, mature and take pride in where they live. I'd love to live with people who enjoy a positive atmosphere at home, are respectful of each other's space, and are up for the occasional meal, coffee or drink.
