Looking for a Happy Place

Hi, I'm Wayne, 53, originally from Gateshead near Newcastle on Tyne. I've been renting in Kent since 2013, but through no fault of my own, I am still to find somewhere long term, where I can settle and be at peace.
I prefer semi rural locations, villages, small sleepy towns where hustle and bustle is limited, and ideally I am looking for something self contained, where comings and goings have minimal impact on each other.
I am clean living, drug free, and rarely drink alcohol unless in social scenarios.
I am quiet, and aim to have as little impact as possible on those around me, as I too value privacy, and a peaceful environment.
I am 53, so no spring chicken, and I am currently not working due to a spinal issue that causes me mild to medium mobility issues. However, I do not require any adaptations to my space to live normally, although a ground floor single level self contained room, flatlet, annexe, or studio would be preferable.
My current budget is £800pcm, so ideally looking for properties around that price range.
