Working Professional Looking for Annexe/Studio

Hi, I'm a 25-year-old single working professional looking for a clean, quiet place to call home. I work full-time (40 hours a week), have my own car, and I'm looking for a long-term place to rent in or around the Newton Abbot area.
I'm clean, tidy, respectful, reliable, and all my finances are in order. I'm not a smoker, not a party-goer, and I'm not looking for a busy social house. I prefer a peaceful, relaxed environment where I can unwind after work and enjoy a comfortable place to stay.
Ideally, I'm looking for a self-contained annexe, studio, or a high-quality room with an en-suite, preferably with my own living space and kitchen facilities. However, I am open to considering other suitable options if they provide a clean, quiet, and comfortable environment.
