My partner and I are looking for a flat

My partner Seumas and I (Lea) are looking for a place to stay in Edinburgh for at least two years.
I will start studying Acting and Performance at Queen Margaret University and working part-time, while my partner will be working full-time and potentially do a Masters degree in Drama Teaching later on.
We are both very social and tidy and looking to either live on our own or with friendly and tidy individuals. We have a multitude of interests, a lot of them within the arts, but also enjoy exercising, the outdoors, games (online and board) and fashion.
I am sadly allergic to cats and guinea pigs, so if either live within the property, it wouldn't work for me.
