Looking for a quiet space for a mature student

Hi I'm Sho. I'm currently a 36 year old mature student, about to start my third year at Falmouth uni. Also working part time at weekends. I'm looking for a quiet and clean living environment, ideally a annex or hmo - but not student accommodation or live in landlords. I am neurodivergant, quiet, clean and respectful and am entirely focused on my education and building my career as an underwater filmmaker. In the right place I would like to stay for a minimum of a year, with the potential of even longer as I have absolutely fallen in love with Falmouth and the local marine environment.

I can get a reference, from my previous accomodation in Newquay, from my lovely landlords who I stayed with for 6 years, and actually ended up working for too!

I am reliable and have never missed a days rent.
