BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing student seeking an ensuit

Hi, I'm Udochukwu, a 33-year-old international student from Nigeria. I'll be starting my BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing at BPP University, Waterloo, in September 2026. I'm looking for a clean, furnished ensuite room or studio in a quiet, safe, and respectful home.
I'm available to move from 7 September 2026. My preferred budget is £600–£750 pcm (including bills), although I can consider up to £850 pcm for the right property, especially if it offers a convenient location or low/no deposit.
I'm a tidy, responsible, respectful, and non-smoking tenant who values a peaceful living environment. My daily routine will mainly involve university lectures, clinical placements, studying, and part-time work, so I'll be out for much of the day.
I'm happy to share with male or female housemates and can provide proof of my university admission, references, and any other documents required. I'm looking for a long-term home with landlords who are happy to rent to students.
