Professional & runner looking for a quiet, respect

Hi, I'm a professional working in Sheffield and an active, competitive fell/trail runner. I’m currently looking for a comfortable, quiet room to call home for a flexible, short-term period (roughly 3 to 6 months) while I navigate a transition phase.

Because of my training schedule, I keep a very structured, active lifestyle and spend a lot of time outdoors. When I’m at home, I value a peaceful, clean, and organized environment where everyone respects each other's space. I'm mostly past the "party house" stage of life, so a relaxed, tidy home is exactly what I’m looking for. Though I do enjoy a chilled social gathering and love meeting new people.

Location: Ideally staying local to my current area in Hillsborough Sheffield to keep close to my regular running routes and routines.

House dynamic: Sharing with just one or two other professionals, or a quiet, well-maintained professional house share. A household that respects shared communal spaces is a must!

Tenancy: Flexible or short-term contract (around 3–6 months).

Budget: Around £450 – £550 per month including bills.
