Hi! 😊 We’re Kirsty (35) and Dan (34), a long term couple looking for a lovely new place to call home as our current tenancy comes to an end on 3rd September.

We both work full time and like to think we’re really easy to live with. We’re clean, tidy, considerate and always respectful of other people’s space, but we’d also love to live somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep. A friendly chat in the kitchen or the odd movie night is always a bonus!

I’m originally from Newcastle, so I definitely have that warm northern nature and love being around kind, genuine people. We’d love to find like minded housemates who are friendly, respectful and enjoy a relaxed, positive atmosphere.

We’re not party animals and enjoy a peaceful home after work, but we’re sociable, approachable and always happy to get involved if everyone fancies a takeaway, a pub trip or just catching up over a cuppa.

We’re both reliable professionals, always pay rent on time and take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. We’re hoping to find somewhere we can settle into and genuinely enjoy living.
