Looking for a Room in a nice apartment with a person who is pleasant to be around

Hi, I am looking for a room in Manchester, ideally around £500 to £700 per month.

I am looking for somewhere clean, modern and peaceful, ideally with an en suite and good amenities such as a gym, swimming pool or sauna for health. I am particularly interested in developments such as Local Crescent or New Maker Yards and value safety, security, peace and harmony.

I work online in content creation, so having a comfortable bedroom with a mirror and a clean, neutral background is important to me so I can set up my camera and film as a creative person. I am tidy, respectful of shared spaces and prefer a calm home environment but I can also be outgoing and sociable when my work is completed as work is priority for me.

I am looking for a friendly and considerate housemate who does not smoke and who is not looking for a heavy party household and can keep a good standard of living. I don’t mind a bit of mess and partying and I am happy to socialise, but I also value having my own space and being able to focus on work.

I am open to the right arrangement and would ideally like somewhere I can settle into properly rather than constantly moving.

I am happy to give each other space and leave each other alone but I am also open to friendship or going out for brunch, cocktails, cinema, going to the gym together etc if we get along. I am not comfortable with drugs or people who feel unsafe and like people who are calm to be around because safety is priority for me.

I will be busy a lot for work and not always available to communicate. I’m happy if we can just clean up after ourselves but don’t be controlling of each others schedule and just let each other have breathing room.
