Room wanted near Elizabeth line

Hi, I'm Phoebe. I am starting college in September to study media. I am looking for a friendly household to rent a room with a short walk to the tube station, preferably on the Elizabeth line. I am sociable, friendly and looking forward to meeting new people. I'll be at college during the week and hoping to get a part time job during the evenings, so as much as I like to go out, I also enjoy having time to relax. I will be respectful of the shared spaces and make sure to be tidy. I am happy to provide references and my rent is guaranteed!
