Master’s student looking for a clean,friendly room

Hi, I’m a master’s student at Kingston University looking for a room in or around Kingston, Surbiton, New Malden, or somewhere with convenient transport to the university.

I’m hoping to move in around 31/08 and stay for approximately 5 months. My budget is up to 700 pounds per month, preferably including bills.

I’m friendly, respectful, clean, and easy to live with. I value a relaxed and considerate home environment and would be happy living with students or working professionals. I’m looking for a furnished room in a clean property with access to the usual essentials, because apparently functioning kitchens are now an advertised luxury.
