Student Looking for a Room in Edinburgh

Hi! I’m Sebastian, a 21-year-old 4th Business Management student at Queen Margaret University, and I also work part-time in hospitality. I’m a friendly, sociable, and easy-going person who enjoys making the most of life and especially uni. I love running and all sports, exploring new places, and spending time with friends, but I also really value having sometimes having a calm environment and some quiet time too.

I’d describe myself as tidy, respectful, and someone who enjoys a good balance between being social and giving people their own space. I’m always up for a chat, grabbing a coffee or doing something fun, but I’m equally love having a chilled evening in.

I’m looking for a double room in Edinburgh, ideally in a friendly flat with people who are sociable but also respectful of each other’s routines. My budget is around £750 per month excluding bills.
