28yo professional looking for a room :)

Hi! I’m Preston, a 28-year-old professional working on a government contract in Salford.

I’m looking for a new place as my current landlord has decided selling the house is apparently more important than me living there… rude.

I’m easy-going, clean, respectful and come with zero housemate horror stories. Most weekdays I’m out from around 8am until 8pm between work and the gym, so you’ll probably wonder if I actually live there.

I’m always happy to have a chat, watch the football or head for a pint now and then, but I’m equally happy keeping to myself. I respect people’s space and can read a room, so I’ll know if you wanna chat or not.

Out most weekend hiking , join or not .
Don’t smoke , barely drink.

I meal prep most of my food, so I only cook twice a week and I certainly am not one to hog shared spaces.
Looking for somewhere around £700 to £850pcm including bills. Parking is the only real must-have, everything else I’m pretty flexible on.
