Glasgow to London, 6 month min, N/NW-W/SW, £800pm

Hi guys!

I'm Anton, 24, moving down from just outside Glasgow to increase opportunities for myself and start a new chapter. I'm looking for a three-month let while I get to know the city properly before committing somewhere longer term, so if you need someone short-term, that suits us both. My budget is £800 per month with bills included ideally but could do £900pm for the correct place. I'm preferably looking for a spacious room with double bed. I don't have any pets and I'm a non smoker.

Currently I'm a student studying marketing and business management, whilst also working as a model, waiter and have recently started a sustainable fashion brand (which is now my main focus).

I'm someone who is adventurous and loves to have a good time but also values my space and allows others to have theirs.

I love to keep fit and running is my sport - so there's plenty of morning jogs and prepping for competitions. I also love to travel all the time, listen to music, get out in nature and cooking is a new hobby of mine too.

I'm looking around; West Hampstead, Hamstead Heath, Parsons green, Islington, Clapham and Battersea type of areas. Places with a community vibe with a high street full of cafes, pubs and parks around.

I can do in person viewings from the 11th - 13th August and would be looking to move in on 18th August. I'm also open to do online viewings on facetime :)

I'm only open to paying once in the property not pre move in date.
