Friendly Professional Looking for a house to rent

Hi! I'm Sam, a 22-year-old professional who's recently started a graduate role as an Air Quality Consultant, so I'm looking to relocate closer to work.

I'm tidy, clean, and respectful of shared spaces, and I like to keep the place I live feeling like a home. Outside of work I'm a pretty active person—I enjoy going to the gym, playing basketball and golf, and spending time outdoors whenever I can. I'm also always up for exploring new places or grabbing a pint, but I equally appreciate a quiet evening during the week.

I'm hoping to find a friendly, relaxed house share with people who are easy to get along with. I'd love to live with people I can genuinely get on with and become friends with, rather than just sharing a house. It's important to me that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys living together while still respecting each other's space.
