Budget: My absolute maximum limit is £700 per month.
Location: I am looking for affordable areas with excellent, direct transport links (trams or trains) to Manchester's main job hubs. I am highly interested in areas like Salford, Stockport, Bury, or any neighborhood with an easy commute to the City Centre or MediaCityUK.

About Me: I am a responsible, clean, and respectful individual. I value a tidy and organized living space and always clean up after myself. When I am not out working or job hunting, I enjoy a peaceful environment to relax, but I am always happy to have a friendly chat with housemates. I am ok with pets and smoking .
