Hi! I’m 25 nearly 26. I’ll be starting my masters in King’s College London and I’m looking for a double room in a shared house or flat in Brixton, Kennington or Peckham, ideally with good transport links to central London. My budget is around £600–£800 per month.

I’d ideally like to live with people around my age, although this isn’t a dealbreaker. I’m a friendly and sociable person who enjoys getting to know the people I live with and would be happy to socialise together, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

As a flatmate, I’m very tidy and like keeping communal areas clean and pleasant for everyone. I’m not particularly noisy and would describe myself as considerate and easy-going. I’m looking for a friendly, respectful household where people can feel comfortable and enjoy living together.
