Easygoing and responsible, I'm older and would like to find a good double en suite or studio, all bills inclusive. Near to bus and/or station for commute. Currently supported with the RGS, so rent and deposit are guaranteed.

I'm clean & tidy, even humoured and like a laugh. Professional focus on info & data management, project support, communications. Was in a great flat for 12 yrs, landlord sold up, had to move, now onwards and seeking more suitable accommodation. I don't really mind who I share with, so long as they're Kind & Clean. I'm a good tenant and easy to get along with.
