Hi! I’m looking for a quiet, tidy room in central/south‑east London (Zones 1–3)
I’m a designer/researcher with a Master’s Degree in Design Management (Lancaster University) and several years’ experience in a globally renowned design house and export/buying houses. I value a calm, respectful home.
About me :
• Clean, tidy and considerate with shared spaces
• Quiet at home most evenings; mental peace and good boundaries matter to me
• Friendly and helpful, but also happy to keep to myself
• Don’t have pets but would love them if any of my housemates would have them.
• Open to occasional good banter, music and meaningful conversation

What I’m looking for
• A humble, peace‑loving, mature household that keeps the home tidy and quiet
• Clear, respectful communication and reasonable house rules

Move‑in: flexible between 24th August – 1 September.

I can provide a UK‑citizen relative based in the UK as guarantor, along with my previous tenancy agreement (managed by a housing agency) and other references. I’m flexible with viewing times and welcome a quick chat or just call me if you feel I’d suit your home.
