Quiet, tidy graduate student - A room in Brighton

I am currently completing my postgraduate studies at the University of Sussex and am looking for a clean, quiet room in Brighton or the surrounding areas. I will soon be finishing my degree and plan to remain in the area while starting my professional career.

I am respectful, tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. I value a peaceful home environment where everyone respects each other's space and privacy. I spend much of my time working on my own project, and I always keep shared spaces clean and organized.

Ideally, I am looking for a calm and respectful household. I would be happy to live with a female live-in landlord or share a flat or house with up to three female housemates.
