Hi! I'm Caitlyn, a 23 year old professional moving to the area to start a new role at the Johnson Matthey site in Royston. Since I'll be driving to work, I am looking for a double room (preferably ensuite) in Trumpington, CB22, or the surrounding southern areas.
My budget is £750-900 pcm including bills. I'm hoping to find a friendly, tidy house share with people around my age (20s/early 30s) who want a home, not just a place to sleep.
What I'm like to live with:
I'm clean, reliable, and really value a relaxed, tidy living space. During the week, you'll probably find me cooking, baking, reading, working on a jigsaw or watching Netflix. I also love staying active, whether that's hitting the gym, swimming, hiking or looking to join a local bouldering club. I also sing in a choir and love music, but I'll save the singing for the rehearsal space!
The house vibe I'm looking for:
I really enjoy my own wind-down time, but I'd love a house where we can occasionally catch up over a glass of wine, cook a meal together, or play cards in the evening.
