Hi everyone, I am a 30-years old PhD researcher from Barcelona 🇪🇸 and will be in Durham as a visiting researcher at the Geography Department.
I am looking for a room or short-term let within about 30 minutes by public transport! 🌸
Dates: from mid-September to late December 2026 (approx. 15 Sept – 20 Dec 2026, but am flexible +/-2 weeks)

A little about me:
I am used to shared living, keep spaces clean, and I am respectful of others’ schedules. I regularly cook healthy and delicious food from all around the world (happy to share meals sometimes), I’d appreciate a well-equipped kitchen! I keep an active lifestyle, I love to do yoga and stretching, besides going to gym and the pool.
My work is reading- and writing-intensive, so I keep a quiet routine at home. I am a cinephile, so I wouldn’t say no to occasional movie nights along my time (I’ll bring my wall projector!). I love to socialise through (live) music events and gatherings, going out to bars or on hikes whenever the occasion arises.
