Bookseller looking for double room

Hiya, my name is Zain (he/him) and I'm a 26-year-old bookseller and freelance writer based in Edinburgh. I've lived in Edinburgh for 4 years now. My landlord is selling the flat where I currently live, and so I'll be looking for a new place to move very soon.

Where: Leith / Canonmills / Easter Road
I work near London Road, and so somewhere in this area would be ideal. :)

When: Aug / Sept / October (Ideally early Sept)

What: A double room at a 2-bedroom flat.

About me:
I'm from Birmingham and came to Edinburgh to study a creative writing masters, and since then I've been working as a bookseller, events-facilitator and writer in the city.
I absolutely love it here, and my plan is to live long-term in Edinburgh and work in the Scottish creative industry.
I'm a relaxed flatmate who is happy to be social, but also happy to do my own thing. I'm always tidy, clean and respect shared spaces, and make sure to keep noise to a low at night.
I like having friends or my girlfriend over for dinner, and sometimes host the occasional friend/relative who is visiting from down South (usually only twice a year).
In my free time, I like to write, sometimes at home or at a coffee shop. I love going out to museums and galleries.
Pro-Palestine, pro-environment, pro-queer, anti-Islamophobia/Xenophobia, anti-racism (etc).

Just looking for someone who is clean, tidy, queer-friendly, and friendly in general. If you have a cat, that's a bonus for me!
