Warwick uni PG Student Looking for a Room (Sept)

Hii! I'm a postgraduate student at the uni of warwick, and I'm looking for a furnished room in or around leamington spa, coventry, kenilworth, or warwick.

My budget is around £800/month, and I'm looking to move in during sept, although I'm happy to move a little earlier if the right place comes up. Ideally, I'm looking for an initial stay of 3–4 months, with the option to extend for up to a year if it's a good fit. I'm due to graduate in sept 2026. After that, I'll either continue at warwick for a PhD or take a shot at the UK job market. (Hopefully one of them says yes lol)

A little about me: I'm tidy, respectful, and I enjoy a peaceful home environment and would love to live with people who value hygiene and are considerate of one another. I also enjoy cooking (still working on getting better at it tho 🏃🏻)

A furnished property is important, and if bills and car parking are included, that's definitely a bonus.

One extra thing.. If there's ever a need to fill another room in the property, I have an acquaintance based in coventry who's also looking to move to leamington/warwick, so that could potentially make things easier. There's absolutely no obligation tho.. I'm equally happy to rent a room on my own.
