24 y/o professional looking to move to new city

Hi, I'm Phoebe and I'm a 24 y/o working in publishing. I'm currently looking to move to a new city outside of my current area. My budget is up to £800 pcm.

I'm experienced with all sorts of roommates and am very tidy and easy-going. A property with a garden or balcony would be a big plus, but not a must-have. Must be an LGBT+ friendly household.
