PGCE Student Seeking Postgraduate House Share

Hi, I'm Qassim, 22 (turning 23 in September), and I'll be moving from Oldham to Durham to start my PGCE in Primary Education this September.
I'm looking for a friendly, clean and respectful house share from around the beginning of September for the full academic year, and ideally through summer 2027.
A little about me: I'm tidy, considerate, easy-going and enjoy a quiet home environment. Outside of university I'll mostly be studying, planning lessons, going to the gym, gaming occasionally and visiting family back in Oldham during holidays.
I'm hoping to find a house with postgraduate students, mature students or young professionals who are friendly, respectful and value a peaceful, study-focused atmosphere. A furnished room with a desk, parking and reliable Wi-Fi would be ideal, as I'll be driving to my school placements.
I don't smoke, although I do occasionally vape, but never indoors and I'm always respectful of house rules.
My budget is around £500 per month (I can be a little flexible for the right place), and I'm looking for somewhere within a reasonable drive of Durham.
