Clean, sociable professional (29)

I’m Jannik (29), originally from Germany, and I’ve been working as a postdoctoral researcher in cardiovascular research at King’s College since January. As my current flat is not ideal, I’m now looking for a flatshare or a buddy up where I could hopefully settle in for the longer term.

I’ve spent quite a few years living in shared flats and really enjoy the balance they offer: a friendly, sociable atmosphere while still giving everyone their own space to unwind. I’d describe myself as tidy, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces, and I value a calm, comfortable home where everyone feels relaxed and at ease.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, biking, and travelling. I’m always up for a chat or a trip to the pub, but I’m equally mindful of people’s need for quiet time and privacy.
