Quiet postgraduate looking for a room/studio from

Hi! I’m a 23-year-old female postgraduate student at the University of Leeds, currently finishing my Master’s degree and due to complete my course in September.

I’m looking for a place to live in Leeds from around October 2026. I’m friendly, easy-going, clean and respectful, and I’m a non-smoker. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, photography and going to the gym. I’m quite relaxed at home and would ideally like somewhere calm and comfortable rather than a busy student house.

I’m quite flexible with the type of property and would consider:

- A room in a small shared house
- An en-suite room
- A studio
- A room in a 2-bed / 2-bath flat

My ideal budget is around £600 pcm, preferably with bills included, although I’m open to considering suitable options slightly above this.

For house shares, I’d ideally prefer to live with working professionals, graduates or postgraduates. I’m also open to student households where bills are included.

I’m flexible on location as long as the area is safe, relatively quiet and has good access to Leeds city centre. Areas such as Woodhouse, Burley, Kirkstall, Headingley and nearby areas would all be considered.

I’m looking to move in around October, and some flexibility with the tenancy length would be ideal.
