Hi, I’m a 20-year-old British full-time student looking for a clean, furnished room in Rickmansworth, Watford or Northwood.

My budget is up to £500 per month, including bills, and I’m hoping to move in from 1 August 2026. I’m flexible regarding the length of the tenancy and would consider both short-term and long-term arrangements.

I’m clean, respectful and responsible, and I would look after the property as though it were my own. I’m comfortable living in a mixed household and would prefer a friendly, peaceful and tidy home.

The room would initially be for me only. My partner may stay in the future, but this would always be discussed with the landlord beforehand and would only happen with their permission.

I also have a moped, so secure parking or a safe place to keep it would be very helpful.
