Hi! I’m Kun, a Chinese female master’s student currently studying in the UK, and I’ll be graduating in September. I’m looking for a place in London so I can look for a job after graduation.

My budget is around 800-950 per month, it would be ideal if I can have a room with my own washroom. If not, I can accept sharing washroom, but I prefer only sharing it with girls. Except for washroom, I’m okay with sharing the house with both boys girls and couples. Also, I love animals, so I have no problem if my roommates have pets.

For location, I hope there can be grocery stores (like sainsbery or tesco) and bus or train stop nearby. I have no problem if my place has distance from central London, but I hope it won’t be too expensive or time consuming for me to reach there(not too far away).

For the period of tenancy, I want to rent a place for at least 6 months and I will very likely renew the contract or switch it into a long term one if it satisfies my basic needs stated in this ad.

For my living habit, I’m a very tidy, organised person. I really care about keeping shared spaces clean, especially the kitchen and washroom (if I have to share). I will clean the kitchen during, after cooking and whenever I feel the need to. I don’t expect my roommates to clean the public place actively but I will hope everyone takes more care to maintain an acceptable hygienic environment.

I’m quite social and 100 percent willing to make new friends. I’m a good listener and love having small or deep talk. It’s an enjoyment for me to exchange ideas. I’m also good at taking care of people, I can cook for you when you feel fragile, talk with you when you feel stressed out. But I also completely respect everyone’s personal space. I won’t disturb your private life and can be really quiet if you prefer me to. It’s okay with parties and can even help cleaning after as long as it’s not at midnight and I was told of this in advance.
