Friendly, Professional Housemate Looking for a Home 🏡

Hi! I'm Will, a 32-year-old freelance massage therapist and photographer looking for a friendly place to call home from August/September.

I'm easy-going, considerate and sociable but I also really value a calm, peaceful home. My work is a mix of working from home doing admin, seeing massage clients from a clinic and working part-time as a sauna host out in the countryside, so life is varied but I'm generally out and about a lot.

A bit about me:

- Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
- Friendly and happy to chat over a cuppa or share the occasional meal, while also appreciating everyone's own space.
- Non-smoker.
- Financially reliable with multiple income streams and excellent references.
- I love the sea, live music, festivals, yoga, strength training and getting outdoors.

What I'm looking for

- A double room available from August/September.
- Brighton, Hove, Shoreham or nearby.
- Parking or permit parking.
- Space for a desk, as I work from home part of the week.
- A friendly, respectful household where people communicate well and enjoy a peaceful home.
