My reason to move back to Birmingham is to do an internship-type thing with my church part-time, and I hope to get part-time work to go alongside that.
Location Preference: Selly Oak/Southern Edgebaston /East side of Harbourne (Ideally between Harbourne academy where my church meets and the Hub on the Green in Lower Selly Oak).
Other preferences: I would ideally like accomodation where it would be possible for me to play my electric drums. This means medium to large room size and ideally fewer flatmates, or flatmates who don't mind. I would also like parking to be possible on the road (legally - I don't mind if it is just difficult to park) to help moving in.
No students please unless it is very cheap accommodation or council tax is included in bill.
