Looking for room/buddy up.

I work full time as a support worker so will be out of the house on random days/times because of this I have become an expert at being very quiet around the house. I am a chill, clean, friendly and considerate housemate, like to keep communication open and live in a way where everyone is comfortable and happy. I have rented in London for 3 years now and years before in Manchester with zero issues. My budget isn’t too flexible and would prefer to pay lower than I am currently (£1150-£1200 dependant on bills). I would prefer to stay around the Earlsfield area but am flexible with areas if there are good transport links (Clapham junction/Battersea/Balham for example) . I have a guarantor if needed too. I am a smoker but have never/will never smoke inside a property and have no problem not smoking around it either, trying to cut down anyway. My tenancy ends on the 5th of September so need to find somewhere sharpish. If you’d like to get to know me more or have a place you think might be suitable please let me know :)
