Hello, I am a Visiting Student at Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) and I am looking for short-term accommodation from September to December 2026.

I would prefer a furnished single or double room for single occupancy, ideally within walking distance of QUB or with convenient public transport links. My preferred areas include BT7, BT9, Botanic, Stranmillis, Lisburn Road and Queen’s Quarter.

I am looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable home. It would be helpful if electricity, gas, heating, hot water and Wi-Fi were included in the rent. I would also prefer access to a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.

I am a responsible, tidy and respectful flatmate, and I will mainly be studying and carrying out academic work during my stay. I do not have a UK guarantor, but I can provide my passport, QUB Visiting Student confirmation letter and proof of funds if required.
