Looking for a clean, quiet room

Hi! I'm currently completing my Master's at the University of Manchester and will graduate in December. I'm looking for a clean, comfortable room and would like to move in by 25 August at the latest.

I'm tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I don't smoke, and I keep communal areas clean after using them. During the week I'm usually busy with work and studying, but I also enjoy chatting with housemates when everyone's free.

I'm open to living with students or young professionals and am looking for a friendly, well-maintained house. I'm available to view the property any day except Thursday.

I am Indian and am looking for an inclusive and respectful household where everyone is treated equally. If that isn't the environment you offer, then I don't think we'd be a good match.
