Thoughtful & easy going woman seeks big space

I am now looking for a space I can settle. I would love a space like a bedsit with my own bathroom and garden access or balcony.
I'm open to suggestions. I am registered disabled so I am now on full receipt of maximum housing benefit due to my diagnosis and my age! I am 43.
I would like a landlord/lady who would allow me to have my reliable and regular payments sent directly to themselves as I prefer this. I am unsure as to how long I will need the place/room but of course will adhere to giving notice and maintainomg the property with care and as if it were my own. I am clean, sociable, kind and thoughtful and happy to cook and clean and keep myself busy with bits of gardening, cleaning, big jobs. I would suit living with someone who is good sense of humour, kind and knows how to socialise and live in harmony alongside one another.
