Looking for accommodation in Leeds city center

Hi! I'm looking for a double en-suite room in a friendly and well-maintained house share or apartment.

📍 Preferred areas: Headingley, Far Headingley, Leeds City Centre, Kirkstall, West Park or nearby areas
🚿 Looking for: Double room with private en-suite preferred
📅 Move-in: By 28th August
🏠 Stay: Ideally 6–12 months

A little about me: I'm a 27-year-old MBA student at Leeds Trinity University, currently living and working in Leeds. I'm approaching the end of my MBA and have a professional background in finance, auditing and risk management.

I'm clean, tidy, respectful and responsible, and I take good care of the place I live in. I'm sociable and happy to chat or occasionally do things together with housemates, but I also respect everyone's privacy and personal space.

I have a regular routine between work, university, the gym and studying, so I'm looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home rather than a party house.

I'm happy to provide the necessary references, ID and Right to Rent documentation.
