Clean, queer & friendly graduate moving to London

Hi there! My name is Laura, I’m a 28-year-old queer/lesbian postgraduate student currently finishing my master’s dissertation at the University of Exeter. I’m moving to London in September to start the next stage of my career and transition onto the Graduate Visa.

I’m a respectful, tidy, and considerate person who truly values a peaceful, clean, and organized home. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, staying active, reading, and listening to music while fully respecting everyone’s personal space and routines.

What I’m looking for:
Budget: Up to £750 pcm (ideally with bills included).
Move-in date: From September 1st, 2026.
Location: Well-connected areas in London (Zones 3 to 5).
Stay length: Long-term (6-12 months+).

Financials & References:
I am fully prepared with upfront savings to ensure smooth rent payments. I can readily provide proof of student enrollment/references from the University of Exeter, proof of residence from my university accommodation, proof of funds, and ID for referencing checks.

Pets:
I love cats and dogs, so I am more than happy to live in a pet-friendly home!
