Chill + tidy doctor after friendly houseshare

Hi I'm Suraj, a 28yo doctor moving to London to start specialising as a paediatrician

What I'm Looking For -

Accommodation: A room in a houseshare
Duration: Long-term (~1 year)
Location: Near Finchley Road or Wembley park for access to the Metropolitan line - I'll be commuting to Northwick Park.
Budget: Flexible depending on whether bills are included (approx. £900-1200/month).
Move-in Date: Mid-August/early September

Vibe: I'm hoping for a cozy house with working housemates who are down to chill together when time/life allows. I'm a tidy and considerate guy who has lived with housemates for most of the last 10 years so know how to make it work with respect for shared space and boundaries.

Bit about me -

I grew up in Devon, studied in the midlands, and worked as a doctor in Brighton and (for the last couple of years) Australia. I'm moving to London to start specialising as a paediatrician, so I'll stay put here for the next few years. I've got a bunch of friends in the city and am up for making more to enjoy life with - I'm looking forward to meals/drinks and the occasional night out, exploring the city, and trips out of the city to hike/camp/get in nature.

I'm pretty laid back outside of work and get on with most people, though queer/pet-having households are both bonuses :)
