About me: I'm a Black queer woman in my late 20s looking to live with other roommates! I spend lots of my time watching indie movies with friends and current lovely roommates (pictured in some of the photos), going to clothing swaps, reading and stuffing my face in desserts. I enjoy chatting with roommates and doing communal activities together like baking chocolate brownies, attending film festivals, or thrifting. Oh, if you have a cat 🐈, that's a bonus for me!
What I am looking for: a furnished room (bed, desk, chair and dresser) in Bristol at the start of September at a communal house. I'm from Toronto, Canada and I'm moving to Bristol to start my role as a Teaching Assistant at a Secondary school. Currently, I work in live events for a book festival and environmental sustainability spaces.
Preferences: I prefer a non-smoking home, a place that is accessible by public transit and a washer.
It will be my first time living in the UK, so I'm excited and would love to live with roommates that are communicative and open to doing activities with.
