Hi! Im looking for a flat that is around 800pcm (with bills and council tax)

A little about me that might make or break further steps in this introductory application process;


1) I’m a graduating post grad form uofe with a MA in archaeology


Pro: I typically have interesting things to say

Con: I can talk a lot

2) I work at a coffee shop !

Pro; free coffee/ discounted when I’m working and I would be able to bring back coffee ground for the flat

Con; I’m a bit of a coffee snob, I’ve been to 26 cafes in Edinburgh to which I grade on a biased rubric I made when I was a 1st year in college.

3) I play softball/baseball for the uni and for the city

Pro; you can come to my baseball games and say your flatmate is an athlete 🤩

Con; I'm coaching this fall, and may have a late night or two

3) I’m a self described granola girl / hobby lady; I love a good craft and an adventure outside!

Pro; you could learn a new trade

Con; n/a

4) I love baking, and decorating cakes (I've made 4 birthday cakes this summer)

Pro; free baked goods !

Con; high blood sugar

5) I'm very clean and tidy, and like things being in order

Pro: I'll never leave a mess without a valid reason

Con: you may find me cleaning random things in the middle of the day
