Looking for flatmate to rent high quality place!

I’m a 26 year old girl, I work in tech.

I am clean, quiet and respectful, I won’t bring people back, I value my private space, but I’m also highly sociable, I become friends with people I’ve rented with. I’m not a smoker, can have a drink or 2 occasionally but not a drinker. I have many years of work experience, nationality: British, ethnicity: Chinese. I have lived in Manchester for 3 years, and have lived in many cities across the UK. I have a permanent good job, UK guarantors (but they won’t be needed), and good referencing, and everything that’s needed for renting. 😂

The perfect flatmate and tenant is a comment I’ve received many times over the years of renting.

I am someone who values quality of life and I have a healthy lifestyle, but I also like to save money.
So I am now looking to find a flatmate to rent somewhere nice together - preferably Deansgate towers, Viadux, or somewhere of similar quality.

I don’t have preferred areas, my main consideration is quality!

Please let me know if you have any place in mind, I’m open to suggestions, love to learn more about the apartments I’ve not heard of before, there’s so many options in Manchester.

My move in date in the perfect scenario is 21 August, but can be flexible if we seem like we’d get along and are interested in the same places.
