I’m looking for a modern, high-quality flat to share with just one other professional. My office will be in the Piccadilly Circus area, so ideally I’d like to be within walking distance. That said, I’d also be happy to live in areas around 15–20 minutes away by Tube if the apartment is in a luxury or new-build development.
Areas I’m particularly interested in include Mayfair, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, St James’s, Canary Wharf, Nine Elms and Battersea, but I’m open to other suggestions if the building and location are great.
I’d love to share with another professional, who appreciates a clean, respectful and relaxed home. I’m tidy, considerate and easy to live with, and I value having a peaceful place to come back to after work.
A little about me: I’m originally from Italy and enjoy cooking, travelling, skiing, going to the gym, and watching Suits and Curb Your Enthusiasm. I lived in the past 6 years in New York City.
