Looking for a room to rent, move in late August

Hey guys, I am looking for somewhere to live preferably near Victoria line or Northern Line. I will be working in marketing, with a hybrid work pattern. I am a clean and respectful house mate, always up for a chat and would love to make friends with who I live with but also understand everyone has their own lives. I’m easy going so I do not have loads of preferences about who to live with, as long as you are also generally quite clean and friendly. Ideally I need somewhere under 850 inc bills, and a room with a desk to make WFH easier. My top areas are currently around Brixton, but open to other options if the commute to places I will be going often isn’t too long, and is within budget :)
