Essential Amenities: A reliable Wi-Fi connection and access to a washing machine are required for my day-to-day routine.

Kitchen Facilities: I am completely comfortable sharing a communal kitchen with respectful and tidy flatmates. However, if you have a studio or a property with a separate, private kitchen, that would be my ideal preference.
