Looking for friendly and modern living (CB4/5/1)

Hi! I just (almost) finished my PhD and moved to Cambridge to start a job as a software engineer, and I'm looking for a permanent place to move into.

Seeing as I was the happiest living in student halls, I'd love to find myself some friendly flatmates, but if not possible, I'll gladly rent a studio as well. Ideally, I'm looking for an ensuite somewhere around the Beehive or in Chesterton (parts of CB4, 5, and 1) as I'll be working in the Science Park - as long as it's <3 miles away and there's a good gym nearby, I'm happy. That said, I do have a strong preference for modernity and new-builds, and I'm happy to pay a bit extra for those.

About me: I really like co-living with others, especially cooking, baking, experimenting with new coffee beans, and movie nights. 😊 I also love exploring and long walks/hikes in nature. I'm very clean and quiet, as I wake up early to train. I'm a bodybuilder, which sadly means that I meal prep a lot, but as a perk, I'm always happy to help with carrying heavier things!
